An 8′ x 5′ kitchen can definitely be converted into a Modular Kitchen. It depends on the type of materials and components you decide to install in the kitchen. The materials and components provided with that offer are given here: http://www.uniquewood.in/modular-kitchens-starting-from-rs-42000-only
However, if you wish to upgrade from these standard specifications (eg: use plywood instead of mdf or use aluminium profiles instead of standard pvc edge banding and handles etc), then extra costs will be applicable. Delivery and installation free of cost if your site is in Calcutta.
